Our Travel Picks from the Ryanair Easter Sale!

As you may have noticed online, Ryanair have launched their Easter sale. A seat sale for travel in April and May from just €19.99 across 900 routes. Available until midnight on Tuesday April 18th. These will be gone quickly so be sure to book a little city break or weekend of sunshine. There are so many locations for you to choose from that we decided to pick a few of the deals we saw online and share our experiences in those places! A simple way to give you some travel advice as to which city break or sun location to pick.

Venice – Flights from €21.99 one way

Venice was our first stop on our Italian adventure. Venice is a vibrant city which captures your heart from the start. A city known as one of the most beautiful and romantic parts of the world. Venice stands in a lagoon just barely above the waterline. A enchanting city which consists of 117 islands, over 400 bridges which cross its 150 canals to the city. Amsterdam – Flights from €24.99 one way

Amsterdam is always a good idea!! While recently exploring Amsterdam, We were truly astonished by the vast amount of bicycles in the city. Everywhere we looked there were people whizzing past me on their gorgeous vintage bicycles, they were chained to every bridge, and side walk in their 100’s, there were even specially designated boats that were bicycle parking spaces! Of course we knew we had to experience life as a local, and so we found the nearest rental store and off we went! Although we weren’t quite as graceful as the locals, and had absolutely no idea where we were headed for, we took off to see what we could find as happy as could be! Check out our experience here.

Lanzarote – Flights from €24.99 one way

As many of you know from our social media channels the past week or so, I am just back from the sunny paradise island of Lanzarote. I am always on the go and spend a lot of time travelling so I really just wanted a place where I could relax for a few days and ‘try’ to switch off a little. This was the perfect place for that! Edinburgh – Flights from €14.99 one way

As you all know, we love Edinburgh and we spend a lot of time exploring Scotland so we just had to include this as one of our favourite city breaks. The atmosphere, surroundings and buzz throughout the city is something I will always love. A city where there is always something to do and something fun to enjoy. Some of our favourite things to do is to climb Arthurs Seat, admire the view from the top of Scott’s Monument or enjoy some Italian food at Jamie’s Italian. Barcelona city is well known for its quirky, cosmopolitan, and cool character. It is a Gothic, yet modernist marvel lying alongside the Mediterranean Sea. Whether exploring the history of Barcelona through the beautiful courtyards and windy alleyways of the the Barri Gòtic, or enjoying the beauty of the modernist city, there were so many fascinating things to discover. Zadar, Croatia – Flights from €50.99 one way

Over a thousand unspoilt islands and warm turquoise seas pushed Croatia to the top of our travel bucket list. We were delighted to spend a week sailing and filming in Croatia with SailAweigh.ie. A holiday of a lifetime and we are thrilled to share our video with you all so you can see how truly amazing it was. It was a unique opportunity for cruising the breath-taking scenery of the Croatian coast, combined with the crystal clear seas. It would satisfy even the most demanding nautical enthusiasts!
