01. What size should I go for?
You can find measurements under each of our items on the website. Please note that our swim robes are an oversized fit. Our fleeces are true to size but if you don’t like your fleece fitted, we would recommend sizing up.

03. What is your refund policy?
We really hope you love your purchase but if you don’t or you change your mind, it is no problem. OnTheQT offer a 14 Day Returns Policy. Just send the package back to us, with the receipt/packing slip and we will process your refund as soon as possible (minus the delivery charge). See full details here

05. How long is delivery?
You should get your orders in Ireland within 2 – 5 business days but please note it may be more during launches and busy periods. Please note the it will be slightly longer for any international purchases.
