Delivery Information
We aim to get your order to you as fast and safe as possible. You should get your orders in Ireland within 2 – 5 business days but please note it may be more during launches and busy
periods. Please note the it will be slightly longer for any international purchases.
The cost of delivery will depend on your location. If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties when it reaches you. These charges are out of
our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may
delay the delivery of orders.

Returns
We really hope you love your purchase but if you don’t or you change your mind, it is no problem. OnTheQT offer a 14 Day Returns Policy. Just send the package back to us, with the
receipt/packing slip and we will process your refund as soon as possible (minus the delivery charge).
Terms & Conditions:
- Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition with no tags removed and no odours on the item. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn,
washed or are not in their original condition. - OnTheQT is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
- If you are returning from outside the EU, you may need to pay customs. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them.
Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. - No exchange is possible on items. If looking for another size, please re-order your item in the size you are looking for and your original order will be refunded once
received. - We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time for whatever reason, in which case all funds paid will be returned. We will be in touch to discuss terms & conditions
if any issues arise. - We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 28 days. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.
- Delivery costs are not included in your refund.
- All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit.
- If the item is faulty, please email your Order No and the reason or description of the fault to customerservice@ontheqt.ie
