After a late night back from Disney World last night(check out our blog here), we took it easy this morning. Our feet were still tired after such a wonderful day yesterday…. Our dreams really did come true.
We took a long walk by the river and then a lovely relaxing swim. The perfect way to start the day was with a cup of Barry’s tea. What can I say… You can take the girl out of Ireland but you can’t take Ireland out of the girl.
It has been very hot here so today brought a thunderstorm. We decided to make the most of the rain and headed off for an afternoon shopping at the Ellenton Premium Outlets. A very strange feeling to have thunderstorms and it to be hot at the same time! What is great after the thunderstorms is the cool temperature afterwards. We need these thunderstorms!! We are Irish after all…. We aren’t used to this heat!!
We shopped till we dropped and ended the day enjoying cheesecake from our friends at the Cheesecake Factory. What better way to end the day?!
