As you stroll through the door, you step back in time. Mary Anne’s Tearooms allow you to feel like you are walking into your Grannies kitchen for some beautiful tea, sandwiches and cupcakes, as the old style music plays softly in the background. The menu caters for everybody with selection of teas, delicious homemade baking, beautiful gourmet sandwiches, all-day breakfast delights, such as Eggs Benedict and so much more. The baking is made to perfection, one could not resist the amazing displays of fresh baking.

 

 

 

 The enchanting interior is breathtaking. As soon as you pass through the entrance of the amazing Georgian house, the warm, tranquil fire meets you. Surrounding you is the charming detail of the quirky tearoom with unique china cup Chandeliers, colourful table cloths, pretty china cups, mixed antique chairs and distinctive decorations…the tearoom welcomes you with a warm, homely feeling.

 

 

If you are looking for something to cheer you up, this place is most certainly a secret gem in a busy little town that will put a smile on your face with its quirky atmosphere, friendly faces and delicious dishes.
