We LOVE Italian food here at OnTheQT so we went in search for a good Italian restaurant in Cork recently. We stumbled across Il Padrino which lies onn Cook Street in the heart of Cork city. A cosy setting for classic Italian dishes in a warm, friendly ambiance. Just what we were looking for.The flavors from the pasta dishes were out of this world and the taste is sublime.  From the warmth of their staff to the full range of flavours and colours from Italy…. it is simply perfect.

The menu has a big selection and something for everybody. The menu has a good selection of Anti Pasti (Starters) and it follows with a variety of pasta dishes and thin base gourmet style pizzas. Of course every good Italian has a fine selection of Italian and new world wines and Il Padrino’s restaurant is no different. The menu draws inspiration from their origins to create best of Italian cooking. Pure perfection!
