Today brought our morning walk/run and a refreshing swim before a busy day of adventures. Before a beach adventure, I went to get my nails done(nothing beats summer nails in the sunshine… sometimes we just have to treat ourselves). It is about half the price to get your nails done here then at home so I just had to do it!
We then did a few jobs before heading to Madeira Beach for the afternoon. You might remember us going to the beach a while ago but we just loved it so much, we decided to go back for our last sunset and seaside swim in Florida. We saw the most amazing sunset and enjoyed our evening in the afternoon sun at Madeira Beach(in St.Petersburg). A magical place at sunset. Peaceful, calm and just perfect.
We then went to Treasure Island as a local had recommended ‘Sloppy Joes’ as a nice restaurant to try. It was just what we wanted…. dinner on the beach in a relaxed atmosphere… what more could you want? A great end to our last beach day in sunny Florida.
