Episode 3 – Ring of Cork Travel Series

Welcome back to the Ring of Cork travel series.  In this episode we went to the beautiful seaside town of Cobh, located  just 25 minutes by car or train from Cork City. We went on a fun group trip with Cork English College and went out  on a trip around Cork Harbour with Ocean Escapes.

We met a lovely group of students from Cork English College on one of their excursions. Cork English College not only provides an extensive range of English language programmes for adults and juniors, they also organise your airport transfers, accommodation, social activities and excursions. We joined them this week for their excursion to Cobh. Half of the group went to explore the Titanic Museum, while we headed out with a few of the group on a trip around Cork Harbour.

Our group went on the water with Andrew of Ocean Escapes who took us on a tour of Cork Harbour.  The perfect outing for any age, everyone in your group will have the time of their lives exploring the waters and coastlines of Cork Harbour. It was voted one of the top 10 adventure activities to do in Cork and I can see why. Not only is Andrew a great tour guide but he knows all the secret places to explore along the coastline of Cork Harbour and it is amazing to see all the wildlife along the trip. Ocean Escapes offer lots of trips from harbour cruise, RIB charters, safari trips, corporate trips and party cruises. To book your trip head over to OceanEscapes.ie.

Join us next week when we will be checking out another family favourite at Leahy’s Open Farm and exploring what Midleton has to off.

We are delighted to collaborate and work with Ring of Cork on the post and series. #AD
