During our recent road trip along the Wild Atlantic Way, we decided to spend some time on one of the prettiest beaches in Ireland.. Inch Beach in Co. Kerry. Inch beach is an excellent surfing spot with its perfect waves, also great for walks with a long open stretch of powdered sand, and you can even drive your car onto the beach which is a great novelty!
Three miles of sandy beach awaits you! The perfect spot all types of water sports including Surfing, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing, Hangliding and Fishing. Inch Strand is just spectacular and framed by Dingle Bay and the mountains of Kerry which makes it the perfect location. Picture perfect!
Directly across the road is “The Strand” a quirky beachside restaurant and hotel/hostel! We sat outside sipping our Irish coffees in front of the outside fire and watched the sun go down around the surfers making the most of the evening waves.. I thought to myself what a beautiful place!
