As you all know, we love our road trips here at OnTheQT. The more we go on, the more beautiful places we stumble upon. While near Clonakilty recently we took a little trip out towards Ring. The sun was shining and the views were unbelievable overlook Clonakilty Bay.
QT Tips:
- Perfect off the beaten track drive
- Drive just beyond Ring for one of our favourite beaches – Sheep’s Cove
- Lots of picnic benches along the road to Ring and perfect for a picnic with family and friends.
- Deasy’s Harbour Bar and Seafood restaurant is located in Ring if you are feeling hungry for some grub.
- Why not pack up your bikes and go on a bike ride on this scenic route.
- Lovely walks surrounding Ring, some with a view of Clonakilty bay while others take in the countryside.
